What do I do if my items are lost in shipping or arrive damaged?
If your items show as delivered but you never got them OR if they arrived damaged in shipping, please notify me, the seller. Then, you must file a claim with the shipping company (USPS, UPS, etc.) to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Failure to comply with the shipping company's complete requirements for filing/submitting a damage/loss claim will make you ineligible for a zero cost refund or replacement.

Are exchanges FREE?
The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item, but will not be responsible for the cost of shipping the new item they will be receiving in exchange.
