Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If your items show as delivered but you never got them OR if they arrived damaged in shipping, please notify me, the seller. Then, you must file a claim with the shipping company (USPS, UPS, etc.) to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Failure to comply with the shipping company's complete requirements for filing/submitting a damage/loss claim will make you ineligible for a zero cost refund or replacement.
